In our many years of being in business, we've never had anyone request a return of a gift basket, however , if you are unhappy with a gift/gift basket, you must notify us within seven days of receipt of your basket or gift. All baskets and gifts must be returned to us in their original unopened condition in order to receive a refund. We will credit the original charge card used in payment for the retail price of the basket/gift minus a 20% restocking fee and minus all shipping/handling charges. We will not accept any opened basket or specialty food product for credit or exchange.
Shipping:
Our shipping charges are entirely separate from the price of your gift basket. Shipping charges will be shown when you select your gift. They are added to your total in the check out process. We can not guarantee transit times with any carrier. Shipping delays may occur during holiday seasons. Additional lead time may be needed for volume orders.
Substitutions:
We offer a wide variety of fresh and seasonal products, and certain gift basket components may become unavailable or discontinued. As with fresh products, we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value.
